Stop telling lies about delivery dates.
You continue to claim that US orders will ship in 8 to 10 weeks yet we all know that this is false. This is no longer a kickstarter project where making false claims is commonly allowed. Since you do not have FCC approval, any claims of shipping time frames should be eliminated and you should apologise to everyone who made a payment under false pretenses. Admit your continued deception and put it to an end.

Too funny Josh. I didn't "Feel Deceived" I was factually deceived. Your company posted FALSE shipping information, and continues to do so. You can not honestly post an 8 to 10 week delivery timeframe when you have no starting point. Everyone knows that FCC permission is a requirement for these types of electronics. It is no surprise to anyone, yet you chose to deliberately ignore that when you advertised a product for sale. You chose to collect a 100% payment when you knew that you could not deliver as scheduled. In fact, you continue to claim 8 to 10 weeks despite having no factual starting date. Nowhere on your sales page do you disclose that you can not actually ship the device yet until you get the legal permission to do so from the FCC. Thats Deception pure and simple. It is fundamentally dishonest. Sending out a corporate speak form response does not mitigate the deception at all. It only serves to confirm a lack of corporate morality. Pointing people to the Ship the Clip page is a meaningless act as it has no useful information other than saying that you have no clue when things will actually ship. It is a zero sum sandtrap. Sadly, you will not come clean, but will instead continue to ignore your lack of morality, and the meaningless canned responses will continue as they have been for a long time.

We currently estimate that new orders will be shipped in 8 to 10 weeks, and we are doing everything possible to achieve this. We do not guarantee that it will reach customers within this timeframe, but we are trying our best to achieve this.
